I'm a fractional AI lead for agencies. I founded Code23 in 2005 and still run it. Three years ago I rebuilt how we work around agentic AI: four of my own agencies first, then the rest of my businesses. Now I do the same inside other agencies. I set the direction with the owners, build alongside the team (agent standards, build loops, QA agents), and find and support an AI champion so the know-how stays in the agency. Everything is built in your accounts, and you own it. I start with a fixed-price Blueprint (from £1,500, +VAT), then work a set number of days a month on Advisor, Lead or Embedded plans.
